It was incorporated in Nigeria for the sole purpose of rendering quality service and management/ HSE advisor and maintenance services including Personnel skill development (Training services). 1. Manpower and Field Development & Engineering Services
- Training workers in your specific area of interest at your convenience both in cost and quality. Secondly, Concept Select & Feasibility Study: Evaluate development options - early production system, tie-back, modular CPF, vs full field development. Focus on CAPEX/OPEX trade-offs.
- Reservoir & Production Engineering: Reservoir characterization, well test analysis, production forecasting, IPR/VLP modeling, nodal analysis to optimize flow.
- Facilities & Process Design: Design compact dehydration, separation, gas treatment, produced water handling sized for marginal economics.
- Flow Assurance: Hydrate, wax, scale, corrosion studies and mitigation plans. Critical for marginal fields with low flow rates.
2. Commercial & Project Economics
- Field Development Plan (FDP) Preparation: Prepare FDP for submission to regulator like NUPRC in Nigeria.
- Economic Modeling: Build cash flow models, sensitivity analysis, fiscal regime modeling, farm-in/farm-out valuation.
- Funding Support: Prepare data room, technical due diligence pack for investors, banks, farm-in partners.
- Commercial Negotiation Support: Gas sales agreement, crude evacuation, tariff negotiation, host community agreements.
3. Operations & HSE Setup
- Start-up & Operations Procedures: Write SOPs, O&M manuals, start-up/shutdown procedures for lean teams.
- HSE & Regulatory Compliance: HAZID, HAZOP, QRA, EIA follow-up, regulatory submission support, ISO 45001/14001 gap analysis.
- Integrity & Maintenance Strategy: RBI, inspection plans, maintenance philosophy for low manning operations.
4. Optimization & Training
- Production Optimization: Debottlenecking, chemical optimization, artificial lift optimization to squeeze more barrels.
- Upset Management & Troubleshooting: Train staff on glycol dehydration, separator upsets, hydrate management - like the course I just delivered.
- Knowledge Transfer: Build local team capability so they can run the field with minimal expat support.
